Her long dark hair was still black and her eyes were still piercingly sharp. However she had grown and was more slender and curcy than square and unappealing. Her mother was thrilled saying that her daughter’s ‘awkward phase’ was over. Millicent would just roll her eyes and wonder how her mother missed her just eating less and DOING more. Her clothing ranges depending on her mood. It’s all designer labeled and tailored to fit her standards. Now that she has a body she doesn’t mind showing off – she does that a lot more. Her Uniform skirts were shortened a bit and her blouse’s are never fully buttoned. In her down time, she dresses as she likes. There is a lot to be said for how a girl can look in a good pair of jeans, heels and the right shirt. Her love of high heels is still new but she is a big fan of them. How are people supposed to know where they stand with you if you are constantly candy coating everything? So she says what she means and she means what she says. Also from her brothers she as a very extensive vocabulary in several languages. You cant get in trouble for venting your frustration vocally if no one knows what you are saying after all. With the loss of the weight and her new appearance Millicent has turned into a bit of a flirt and a tease. She tends to like the reaction from both boys and girls these days as she leads them on. Her tongue has gotten sharper as the years have gone on – meaning she has no issues putting people in what she feels is their place with Magic or with her mouth. However, the insecurities from her early years are still there under the surface. From berin the ugly fat girl in Slytherin and at home. So now while she revels in her new looks, part of her is still that little bulky first year. But she doesn’t show that to just anyone. She hides it very well with her smirks and teasing. History: Hogwarts to present time:(Details, Details, Details) Millicent Anne Bulstrode was the third and final child for Octavo and Kessandra Bulstrode. She was not however the pampered spoiled baby of the family. Having already had his heir and a spare her father wasn’t all that interested in her and once she proved to not be the little prissy princess her mother wanted the same was said for her. It wasn’t until she started to undergo private tutoring at a young age and prove her worth in the classroom that her parents started to come around. However by that point Millicent didn’t care beyond a superficial reasoning. Her brothers were older than she was and already had their own lives by that point. Millicent soon grew bored of being brought out at social gatherings as the ‘smart’ child. So she began to hide and it almost became a game. It only got more interesting when she was accepted into both Beauxbaton’s Academy and Hogwarts. She picked Hogwarts because it was closer to home and less of a hassle. Year One: Millicent had read up on Hogwarts once her decision was made on where to attend classes. She was pleased to be sorted into Slytherin. None of the other houses seemed to suit her. She was annoyed that she seemed to be the ugly duckling out of the lot, but she was used to it. She thrived on the challenge of the education, the challenges of being a Slytherin when it wasn’t all that well received all the time. In particular she started to have a fondness for Potions, Charms, and Ancient Runes. Year Two: This was the year that her annoyance with the Gryffindor House along with all the other houses really started to form. She was annoyed by their eagerness to pin the blame for the attacks on anyone. She was a defender of her house and housemates throughout the year, even taking on Hermione Granger in a duel. She also deepened her passion for potions that year, going so far as to read ahead into the next years course book for the class. Year Three: This was her quiet year. There were some bumps in the road, but Millicent was actually social in this year. She came out of her shell a bit, especially with being able to go to Hogsmeade. In fact Millicent found several ways out of the castle that were hidden thus earning her more respect in her house. She also began to grow a bit taller in this year, taking some of the bulk off her frame as she stretched it out a bit. Year Four: She was a bemused as the rest of the school at the tournament. However, she had her first date to the Yule Ball. For once she and her mother had actually had something to talk about beyond pleasantries and grades. She for once found herself cheering for Potter as all the other Champions annoyed her more in one way or another. It was also in the summer of this year that Millicent kissed both her first boy AND her first girl – thus opening her mind a bit more. Year Five: Her snark was in rare form during this year. She grew a little more, making her awkward stage all that more obvious. She also was tired of the Emo!Boy!Potter and all of his little followers by this point. Her bitchiness grew to a level that made her house proud. As did the amount of O’s and E’s received on her OWL’s. She also joined the Inquisitorial Squad under Umbridge since it gave her an excuse to be nosy and something to do. She had no urge to be a prefect – it was easier to ignore the rules that annoyed her than to uphold them. OWL’s Scoring: Potions: O Ancient Runes: E Arithmancy: O History of Magic:P Transfiguration:E Charms: O Divination:E Year Six: This was the year that her changes in lifestyle REALLY became noticeable. She also began to work on ‘special projects’ in Potions – with permission from Professor Snape. She noticed things getting more and more tense around the school. But people had never liked her house much so it wasn’t anything she wasn’t used to. There was pressure to choose a side more and more and Millicent just couldn’t decide. It wasn’t like she was a pureblood. But it wasn’t as if she was muggleborn either. So she ignored it hoping it would just END one way or another – venting her frustration on students from other houses and the occasional housemate that drove her mad. She also began to date outside of Hogwarts. She wasn’t big on the drama that could come with dating within the castle. She again avoided being thought of for prefect by simply ignoring the topic. Why uphold rules when you could bend them anyway. Year Seven: Millicent came back with a strong will to enjoy this last year. By any means necessary. She was fresh from a summer fling on her family’s trip to Greece for the summer, along with a brilliant tan and lighter hair. More molten dark chocolate than black it seemed. She was focusing more and more on potions and charms than she had in previous years, still dabbling in Arithmancy and Transfiguration for something amusing. She still had no desire to be a prefect – even if the ability to harass people without loosing House Points very appealing. | |||||||||
